Its specialty is meat which the Chef accompanies with fresh and seasonal products , in particular Angus meat which is farmed in Vauvert.
Tasting tapas is one of the Cartel's must-haves, diverse and varied , ideal with friends.
In addition to the menu, a daily special, for lunch during the week , is offered to you.

Open Monday to Saturday lunchtime and Thursday to Saturday evening .
Description
Located in Vauvert , at the ZAC Côté Soleil, Le Cartel is an industrial and cozy brasserie, all in a family and friendly atmosphere.
Hadrien Poujol is a former raseteur, well known in the region for his exploits during the Camargue races.
Originally from Vauvert, in 2021 he opened Le Cartel, a restaurant with a new and unique concept in this town, at the gateway to the Camargue .
The restaurant has a shaded terrace and entertainment is organized regularly.
Possibility of privatizing the restaurant for 40 people or more.
