From earth to glass...
Let me introduce myself to Loïc Nencioni, young winemaker , successor of 3 generations... It has now been more than 8 years since I took over the family estate, Mas Saint Pierre in Montcalm. In a world where industrialization and automation are the key words, it was important to me to participate in each stage of what will contribute to the pleasure provided when tasting my vintage.
Pruning, preparation of the land , management of phytosanitary treatments, tillage, harvesting, vatting and vinification mark my program throughout the seasons and today gives way to a vintage that makes me so proud to let you taste it. Self-taught, this path has made me today a crop manager, a cellar master and most recently allows me to discover the workings of the world of commerce. Today this work will lead to convivial moments to share with friends and family, which fills the epicurean that I am with joy.

I couldn't imagine not not giving a nod to these sandy lands on which I grew up and which I work with passion, those which give this character to these Terre de Camargue wines.
In 2022, I realized my dream of creating my own cellar on the estate. I am committed to doing things well and I want to preserve this operation on a human scale. I focused on a small part of my harvest in order to present my vintage to you. This small-scale choice will make it, perhaps I hope, an InsaisiSable vintage.

Cellar open from April to September .
From monday to saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Sunday by reservation.
Group visit, from 2 to 10 people.
