Camargue evenings:

A demonstration of the traditional work of bull breeders, a typical local Camargue meal, all accompanied by a musical atmosphere.

Visit by cart to the breeding farm and sorting of bulls, Gaze (passage of the bulls in the water), Musical show with the Camargue singer Régine PASCAL.

Appetizer, Brasoucade of mussels and traditional meal (Mixed salad, Wednesday: Old-fashioned bull stew and Friday: Bull in the style of blanquette accompanied by Camargue rice, cheese, dessert, wine & coffee)

Saint Louis Ranch in Montcalm

From Wednesday, July 8th to Wednesday, August 26th

Visit to the ranch with commentary by the rancher, Coursejade of a calf, games of the herdsmen, abrivado in the track and young cows in the arenas.

Dinner with aperitif (Sangria or fruit juice), Brasucade of mussels, starter, gardianne de taureau or Paella, cheese, dessert, wines and coffee.

All accompanied by a group of gypsy guitarists.

Prices: €45 for adults and €25 for children aged 3 to 12.
