From father to son
After taking over the butcher shop, well known to the people of Vauvert, 10 years ago, Dominique Pagés is handing the reins over to his son Thomas.
Well established in the heart of La Condamine, Thomas takes over from his father and thus perpetuates a family know-how.
Specializing in bull charcuterie, terrines, and Raço di Biou sausage. Preparation of cooked gardiane stew and a wide selection of prepared dishes. Homemade charcuterie and gourmet groceries.
Reception of the public
Open all year round from Monday to Saturday from 7:15am to 12:30pm and from 3:30pm to 7:00pm.
