From earth to glass...
My name is Loïc Nencioni, a young winemaker and successor to three generations of winemakers. It has now been over eight years since I took over the family estate, Mas Saint Pierre in Montcalm. In a world where industrialization and automation are the watchwords, it was important to me to participate in every step of what contributes to the pleasure derived from tasting my wine.
Pruning, soil preparation , managing plant protection treatments, tilling the soil, harvesting, vatting, and winemaking have been my daily routine throughout the seasons, culminating today in a vintage I'm so proud to share with you. A self-taught winemaker, this journey has led me to become a vineyard manager, a cellar master, and most recently, has allowed me to discover the inner workings of the business world. Today, this work will lead to convivial moments shared with friends and family, filling the epicurean in me with joy.
The Elusive Sand
I couldn't imagine not paying homage to these sandy lands on which I grew up and which I work with passion, the ones that give this character to these wines of Terre de Camargue .
In 2022, I realized my dream of creating my own winery on the estate. I am committed to doing things right and I want to preserve this small-scale operation. I focused on a small portion of my harvest to present you with my cuvée. This small-scale approach will, perhaps I hope, make it a truly unique and elusive wine.

Public Reception
High season:
Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. Saturday morning from 10:00 to 12:00 and Sunday by appointment.
Low season:
Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 17:00. Saturday by appointment.
Closed in January and October.
Group visit, from 2 to 10 people.
