The Tourist Office's Top Pick: The Electric Safari

Explore the Camargue in an electric buggy across more than 300 hectares, an area inaccessible to the general public , accompanied by Jonathan. Beyond identifying the flora and fauna, the safari aims to provide an in-depth exploration of the area's rich history and the work involved in managing and developing this natural site. The 3-hour tour includes the option to reserve a charcuterie and cheese platter featuring local products, carefully selected by us from nearby producers, to end your excursion with a delicious treat.

You can also rent a 2 or 4 seater electric buggy to get around the reserve quietly!

Reception of the public

The reserve is open from Easter to All Saints' Day, and the electric safari is open all year round.

Open Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. In July and August, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Guided tours are available by reservation and quote, all year round.

Visiting tips : To maximize your chances of spotting wildlife, visit the Reserve during opening or closing hours. Bring binoculars, long clothing, and mosquito repellent.

Services:

A marked 4.5 km route to be done on foot or by renting an electric buggy where you can observe different species of birds that migrate throughout the seasons, in observation huts located on the edge of a pond.

Privatization:

1/ Private rental of an individual hide at €50 per day, accommodating 2 people but optimized for 1 photographer. This option is available when the Reserve is open to the public, on Wednesdays, weekends and public holidays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

2/ Privatization of the entire reserve for €50/person, its 70 hectares and 5 observatories adapted for photography when the Reserve is closed to the public, on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday excluding public holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
