Description:

The 71 m² "L'Amandier" gîte can accommodate up to 5 people. This duplex apartment is attached to the owners' farmhouse and offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay.

 

  • 1st floor : living room with dining area, sofa bed, fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet.

 

  • 2nd floor : two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with bunk beds (90 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), as well as a toilet and a 20 m2 solarium terrace to enjoy the Camargue sunshine.

 

Additional information:

  • Air conditioning and mosquito nets installed on doors and windows for optimal comfort.
  • 300 m2 paved courtyard, secure communal swimming pool (8.5m x 5m) with whirlpool, and multi-sports play area for children.
  • Parking space behind the rental.
  • Dogs allowed on a leash in the shared courtyard (except in July and August).
