Detailed description:

A 174 m² two-story manor house, accommodating 2 to 9 people , adjoining the owners' residence. The house is rented in its entirety or can be divided into two apartments and a separate bedroom.

Composition of the cottage :

Ground floor (half-level) : An open-plan kitchen and dining area, a living room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a staircase leading to an en-suite shower room with shower and toilet. The second, separate bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and its own en-suite shower room with shower and toilet.

First floor : An open-plan kitchen leading to a living room and a small lounge, as well as three bedrooms. The first bedroom is spacious and has a queen-size bed (160 cm). The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed (160 cm), and the third bedroom has a single bed (120 cm). A bathroom with shower and toilet completes this floor.

The cottage features an enclosed garden in the courtyard of the farmhouse, a 2-hectare property, and a private swimming pool (8m x 4m), to be shared, open from June 1st to September 15th, weather permitting. A pool house with a bar and games room, as well as a TV room, reading room, and various games room, are also available. A pétanque court completes the outdoor amenities.
