In the heart of the Petite Camargue , between the coasts and the marshes , the Mas des Pointes in Franquevaux invites you to stay in its gîte "La Paillère".

This authentic place allows you to discover protected species, explore exceptional trails, follow the ViaRhôna , cross the costières and their wine estates, or even visit Camargue bull herds.

The farmhouse features a 40-box stable, a tack room, and an arena, offering a unique immersion into Camargue life. You can admire bulls and horses, right next to your accommodation, and experience the local culture.

Ideally located 30 minutes from Aigues-Mortes and   close to the beaches, you can also visit famous places such as the Pont du Gard and   the arenas of Nîmes .

Description:

The gîte "La paillère" is a spacious 80 m2 apartment, located on the 1st floor and adjoining another gîte, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

 

This cottage is composed of:

  • A living room with lounge area and fitted kitchen,
  • Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and a dressing room, the other with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm),
  • A mezzanine offering additional sleeping space with a single bed (90 cm),
  • A bathroom and separate toilet,
  • A balcony overlooking the shared pool, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

 

Additional information:

  • Free parking in front of the property.
  • Possibility of exploring the region by bike or car, with shops nearby.
  • Rental available by the week or by the night.

 

Horseback riding:

Every Monday at 5:30 p.m. and every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. , Pascaline and Annie take you between Costières and Marais to discover a Camargue bull herd (breeding).
