Brasserie des Platanes offers traditional French cuisine, entirely homemade , prepared using seasonal products.
The menu evolves with the arrival of fresh produce to guarantee freshness and authenticity, with varied dishes that highlight taste and generosity.
Among the specialties , parsley-seasoned cuttlefish cooked on a griddle and accompanied by vegetables occupy an essential place.
From November to May , the brasserie also offers a selection of homemade pizzas, ideal for the winter season .
A word from the chef : "After many years in the restaurant industry, I wanted to open my own establishment. With Mélanie, we took over this brasserie in 2021 with the desire to offer simple, traditional and homemade cuisine in a friendly place where everyone feels comfortable."
