From seed to preserve
It is on our agricultural farm in Gallician that we grow all kinds of vegetables and fruits.
We also have a few beehives which provide us with honey and wax.
As a peasant cook and pastry chef , we offer a whole range of canned vegetables, from eggplant caviar to tomato coulis...
Our fruits are used to make jams and other confectionery products, such as chocolates, pralines and nougatine, which we prepare with ingredients selected according to their location and production method.
The Farm Inn
Recently, come and spend a pleasant time around a meal, with family or friends .
You will enjoy a unique menu made with the fruits and vegetables that we grow.
The meat is local and the fish from the Mediterranean.
Meals take place in the middle of the vegetable garden in the shade of the trees.
Reservations recommended from May to the end of September.
Open for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday and Friday and Saturday evenings.
We are happy to welcome groups of 20 to 45 people for tastings, tours, and other events (birthdays, baptisms).

For jars, you can come to Mas Bourgarel by appointment .
Chocolates and pralines are only available for Christmas and Easter. Discover the 2024 catalog.
We can accommodate groups of 20 to 45 people for a tasting, a visit, a seminar, or other events (birthdays, baptisms).
