A historic vineyard
The terroir of Petite Camargue is marked by different labels (from Vins de Pays to the Protected Designation of Origin ). These quality marks reward the work of winegrowers who have been able, over time, to adapt their production and winemaking techniques in order to reveal the excellence of their terroir.
The winegrowers will help you discover their estates and taste their wines throughout the year. Don't hesitate to also take a tour of the various cooperative cellars in the area.
Appellations and geographical indications
The rolled pebble soils of the AOP Costières de Nîmes now provide high-end products whose reputation extends beyond our region, crowning the winegrowers' approach to excellence. The southernmost of the Rhone vineyards produce wines with a fiery and resolutely festive character that marks their origin. The old dune cordon of Montcalm, a unique natural environment, invites you to taste the AOP Sable de Camargue . The appellation is best known for its gray and rosé wines. You will also discover around Aimargues, wines from the IGP Pays d'OC appellation. These Pays d'Oc wines are fruity and innovative, refined and contemporary.
